Available payment methods in Brevo

All payments can be made by credit or debit card or PayPal. Customers in Europe may also pay by direct debit in European currencies.

Good to know

Your first payment can only be made with Paypal, a credit or a debit card. Direct debit is unavailable for your first payment.

Credit or debit card (or direct debit)

Credit or debit card payments (or direct debit, in European currencies only) are made via the international payment service providers Adyen and Stripe. Your banking information will not be saved by Brevo.

💡 Good to know
We do not accept prepaid debit card payments.

PayPal

You can also use PayPal to pay on Brevo. You'll only have to provide the email address associated with your Paypal account. By activating the 1-click payment method, you can cancel or modify your plan without entering your Paypal information again.

Default payment method

You can have more than one payment method in your account, and one of them will be marked as your default payment method for future renewals. The default payment method will be automatically selected during the purchase of a plan, dedicated IP, or SMS credits.

💡 Good to know
If you have several payment methods and no valid default payment method, your subscription and service will stop because of failure of payment.
