Brevo supports several payment methods to help you manage your billing easily. Choose the option that works best for your needs and location.
Credit or debit card
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Adyen and Stripe. Brevo does not store your banking information. Your card details are securely encrypted by Adyen and Stripe, so future payments are fast and fully protected.
PayPal
You can pay with PayPal using the email address associated with your PayPal account.
If you activate the 1-click payment method, you can renew, modify, or cancel your plan without entering your PayPal information again.
Direct debit
You can pay with SEPA or ACH direct debit:
SEPA direct debit is available if:
- You are based in Europe
- Your billing country is set to a European country
- Your account currency is set to EUR or another supported European currency
ACH direct debit is available if:
- You are based in the United States
- Your billing country is set to the United States
- Your account currency is set to USD
Bank transfer via Chorus Pro
Bank transfer via Chorus Pro is available only for French public institutions and associations that:
- Cannot pay by credit or debit card
- Have a valid SIRET number
- Can provide a service code and commitment number
Purchase requirements
- Processing fee: A €100 processing fee (excluding taxes) applies to every purchase.
- For subscription plans: Only annual plans are available, with a minimum of 20,000 emails per month.
- For email, SMS, and WhatsApp prepaid credits: A minimum purchase amount of €100 (excluding taxes) is required per credit type.
How to request payment via Chorus Pro
- Log in to the Brevo account for which you want to request payment via Chorus Pro.
- Contact our support team by creating a ticket from your account.
- Request a quote for bank transfer payment and provide:
- The plan or credits you want to purchase
- Your SIRET number
- Your service code
- Your commitment number
- Review the quote provided by our support team.
- Complete the payment through the Chorus Pro platform.
Default payment method
You can have more than one payment method in your account, and one of them will be marked as your default payment method for future renewals. The default payment method will be automatically selected during the purchase of a plan, dedicated IP, or prepaid credits.
