You can update your billing information at any time from your Brevo account. Changes apply to future invoices only. Once an invoice is issued, its information cannot be modified.

Before you start

• Only the account owner or users with the permission to Manage plan, billing, and payment information can access the My plan page and change your billing information. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add users and assign permissions in Brevo.
• For admin accounts with sub-organizations, billing information and bank details can only be updated at the admin account level.

Change your billing information

To update your billing details, VAT number, or invoice email address:

1. In Brevo, click the account dropdown and select My plan > Billing information. 

   💡 Good to know

   If you have an admin account, go to My plan > Billing information instead.

2. Update the relevant fields: 

   • First name, Last name, Company, Address, Postal code, City, Country: your billing details as they will appear on your invoices.
   • VAT: select I have a VAT number and enter your VAT number, or select I don't have a VAT number. To learn more, check our dedicated article Where can I add my VAT number and is VAT charged?.
   • Invoice recipient email: the email address used to receive your invoices. To learn more, check our dedicated article Receive your invoices by email.
   ❗️ Important

   If you are affected by the French e-invoicing reform, make sure to fill in the E-invoicing compliance section. Without it, you are treated as a B2C customer and your company cannot recover VAT on your Brevo invoices. 3. Click Confirm billing information.
