The Brevo home page is your personal dashboard and action center. From here, you can:

• View key information about your account, such as your number of contacts and plan usage.
• Review past activities, including statistics from your previous campaigns.
• Plan your next steps by creating new campaigns or tasks using convenient shortcuts.

You can customize your dashboard to focus on what matters most by adding or removing widgets.

Overview of the Brevo home page

When you log in to Brevo for the first time, you'll see the default home page layout with no data:

As you start using Brevo, your account data will automatically appear on the home page:

List of available widgets

Brevo offers multiple widgets to help you customize your home page. Each widget is a block that displays key information or quick actions, such as campaign stats, contacts, or tasks.

General widgets

Calendar	View your past and upcoming activities. See what’s planned for today, such as scheduled campaigns. Quickly create a new campaign, task, or meeting using the shortcut.
Your contacts	See the total number of contacts in your account. Track how many new contacts you've added in the last 30 days. Quickly add new contacts or go to the Contacts page using the shortcuts.
Your plan usage	Check your plan usage, including remaining emails, contacts, or SMS credits until your next billing date. Quickly manage your plan using the shortcut.

Marketing widgets

Automation and transactional	Check the number of emails sent via automation or the transactional platform in the last 7 days. View quick statistics for these emails.
Popular products	View the list of the most popular products on your website. See quick statistics on the revenue and number of orders generated by these products. Access the full product performance report.
Conversions revenue	View your conversion counts and revenue over the last 7 days. See quick statistics on total conversions, total revenue, average revenue per conversion, and unique contacts. Access the full conversions report.

Sales widgets

Call history	View details and filter your most recent calls. Listen to voicemails or call back directly. Easily access your full call history or open your phone line using the shortcuts.
Tasks	View all your tasks, including overdue tasks and those for the day. Search for a specific task. Access task details and associated contacts. Start your tasks.
Sales signals	View recent interactions that contacts assigned to you have had with your company, such as opening an email or visiting a website. Quickly access the contacts associated with the sales signals.

Add or remove widgets to customize your home page

To customize your home page by adding or removing widgets:

1. Go to your Brevo home page.
2. Click Customize page.
   
3. Click Manage widgets.
   
4. Add or remove one or more widgets from the list. You can also choose to select all Marketing or Sales widgets at once.
   
   
   💡 Good to know

   You need to have at least one widget on your home page.
5. Click Confirm selection.
6. Click Save page to apply your changes.
