View your account activity logs

✅ Plan availability
Account activity logs are available on all plans and are retained for 90 days. On an Enterprise plan, logs are retained for 12 months and can be exported as a .CSV file. For more information, check our pricing page or talk to one of our sales experts.

Activity logs help you track important account actions for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and accountability. You can see who logged in, invited users, or changed settings—all in one place.

Good to know

  • Currently, activity logs cover account management actions only.
  • Future releases for activity logs include:
    • Actions for campaigns, contacts, emails, SMS, and other features.
    • Additional filtering options, including by IP address.
    • View across all sub-organizations from a new Admin account.

Access activity logs

To access your account activity logs, click the account dropdown and select Settings > Users > Activity logs.

Activity log details

Each log entry includes the related action, category, user, and timestamp. Click the eye icon to see additional details:

  • User email
  • IP address
  • User agent (browser and device info)
  • Action-specific details (e.g., API key name, login method)

You can also copy log data by clicking Copy user data or Copy additional data.

💡 Good to know
If a user has been removed from your account, they will appear as "Deleted user" in activity logs.

Actions monitored in activity logs

The following actions are currently monitored:

Login and logout events

Track when users access your account, including successful logins and logouts.

User management

See when users are invited, permission changes are made, or user access is modified.

API key management

Monitor API key creation, deletion, and updates. Logs include the last 6 digits of the API key and key name for reference.

Domain and sender management

View changes to domains and sender configurations.

IP association

Track when dedicated IPs are associated or disassociated with your account.

Profile and account updates

See profile changes, payment method updates, organization switching, and two-factor authentication (2FA) events.

Filter activity logs

You can filter logs to find specific information:

  • Action type: Choose specific actions (for example, login events, API key creation) to narrow your results.
  • Users: View actions performed by specific users.
  • Date range: Select a time period to view activity from that range.

Export activity logs

Exporting activity logs as a .CSV file is only available on an Enterprise plan. For more information, check our pricing page or talk to one of our sales experts.

To export your account activity logs:

  1. (Optional) Filter your activity logs.
  2. Click Export CSV.

A .CSV file is downloaded on your device.

💡 Good to know
If you don’t have the export option, you can still copy a single log entry by clicking the eye icon and then selecting Copy user data or Copy additional data.
