Generate an automation structure with Aura, Brevo’s AI-powered assistant

Aura, Brevo's AI-powered assistant, helps you create automations faster by generating the workflow structure from your description. You can then configure each step to match your needs.

Step 1: Generate an automation structure with Aura

To get started, describe the automation you want to create and let Aura build the structure for you.

  1. Go to Automations > Workflows.
  2. Click Create an automation.
  3. Choose how you want to describe your automation:

    🔄 Guided mode 📝 Write your own

    Fill in the fields of a suggested prompt. If the prompt doesn't match the automation you want to create, click the arrows icon 🔄 to generate a new prompt suggestion.

  4. Click the arrow icon ⬆️. Aura generates your automation structure.

Step 2: Configure your automation

After Aura generates the automation structure, review and configure each step to complete the automation setup.

  1. Review the generated structure to ensure it matches your needs.

  2. Click each step in the workflow to configure it. You need to:
    1. Set up the trigger conditions that start your automation.
    2. Configure all actions and create the content for each message you want to send.
    3. Set up the conditions that determine which path contacts follow or how long the automation should wait between steps.
  3. (Optional) Add and configure additional steps you want your contacts to go through.
  4. Once all steps are configured, click Activate automation.
