You can choose which attributes you want to display on a contact, deal, or company details page to be able to quickly view important information. You can also create your own groups to organize your attributes.
Good to know
- By default, the display of attributes and groups is saved for the user. If there are at least two users for the account, the account owner can apply the display of attributes and groups to all users.
- By default, newly created custom attributes are not shown on the details page.
Edit the attributes displayed on a contact, deal, or company details page
To edit the attributes displayed on a contact, deal, or company details page:
- Go to the contact, deal, or company details page:
- For contacts, go to Contacts and click a contact.
- For deals, go to Deals and click a deal.
- For companies, go to Contacts > Companies and click a company name.
- In the attributes section, click the gear icon
.
- Drag and drop the attributes:
- In your groups to display the attributes on the details page.

- To rearrange the order of the attributes, drag the attribute to the desired position. The display is automatically saved for the user.
- (Optional) If you are the account owner, click Apply to everyone to save the display for all the users of the account. Click Apply to everyone to confirm.
Create and manage your attributes groups
You can create and manage your groups to organize the information in the way that suits you best on your details pages.
- Go to the contact, deal, or company details page:
- For contacts, go to Contacts and click a contact.
- For deals, go to Deals and click a deal.
- For companies, go to Contacts > Companies and click a company name.
- In the attributes section, click the gear icon
.
- From there you can:

Create a group
Click the plus icon, give a name to your group, and click Create group. -
Rearrange the order of the groups on the details page
Click the gear icon, drag and drop the groups in the desired order, and click Save order. -
Rename or delete a group
Click the three-dot icon next to a group name to rename or delete it.
💡 Good to knowIf you delete a group, the attributes currently in the group will no longer be visible on the details page. You need to drag them to another group to display them again.

Create a group
- (Optional) If you are the account owner, click Apply to everyone to save the groups for all the users of the account. Click Apply to everyone to confirm.
