Do you have a question and need to contact our support team? Brevo offers support in 6 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and German.

I have a Brevo account and I can log in

❗️ Important
Make sure you log into your Brevo account before accessing the Support & Tickets page. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the login page.

If you have a Brevo account and can log in, there are three ways to contact us:

🎟️ Open a support ticket 📞 Phone support 💬 Chat support

To open a new support ticket:

  1. Log into your Brevo account.
  2. Click the question mark icon icon-question-mark.png at the top-right side of the screen.
  3. Click Support & Tickets > Open a new ticket.
  4. Fill in your support ticket with any relevant information.
  5. Click Submit to create your support ticket.

A member of the support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

I can't log in or I don't have a Brevo account

If you cannot log in or don't have a Brevo account, you can use the contact form to contact the support team:

  1. Go to the Contact Us page on the Brevo website.
  2. Select Support.
  3. Fill in the form with any relevant information.
  4. Click Send.

A member of the support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
