I have a Brevo account and I can log in
If you have a Brevo account and can log in, there are three ways to contact us:
To open a new support ticket:
- Log into your Brevo account.
- Click the question mark icon at the top-right side of the screen.
- Click Support & Tickets > Open a new ticket.
- Fill in your support ticket with any relevant information.
- Click Submit to create your support ticket.
A member of the support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Phone support is currently available on Business and Enterprise plans, from Monday to Friday.
To reach us by phone:
- Log into your Brevo account.
- Click the question mark icon at the top-right side of the screen.
- Click Support & Tickets.
- Call the phone number that corresponds to your country. Make sure to share your support ID with the support team to help them identify your account.
A member of the support team will answer and solve your questions on the phone.
Chat support is available on Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans from Monday to Friday.
The Brevo bot can help you find articles relevant to your selected topic, and if you still need help, you can submit a ticket from the chat once your contact reason is selected. This will send your request to the support team, who will respond to your request as soon as possible.
To access the chat:
- Log into your Brevo account.
- Click the question mark icon at the top-right side of the screen.
- Click Chat with us.
I can't log in or I don't have a Brevo account
If you cannot log in or don't have a Brevo account, you can use the contact form to contact the support team:
- Go to the Contact Us page on the Brevo website.
- Select Support.
- Fill in the form with any relevant information.
- Click Send.
A member of the support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
