Once your partner application is approved, you'll receive two important emails. One from PartnerStack to create your account, and another from us with more information about the Agency Partner Program.
PartnerStack is a platform where you can track your performance metrics, rewards, and payments for the clients you invite.
To access your PartnerStack dashboard, log in here.
Am I eligible for commissions?
Not all clients you invite will make you eligible for commissions. Only clients who have not purchased their first recurring Brevo plan before your invitation qualify.
To ensure eligibility for rewards, make sure your client is not subscribed to a paid Brevo plan before inviting them.
Rewards start on your client’s first recurring invoice date and continue for 24 months, provided your client maintains a Brevo plan without getting a refund.
Is your client already subscribed to a paid Brevo plan?
No problem! You can still send them an invite for you to access and manage their accounts to help them succeed.
How do I get commissions?
To earn commissions, refer your client by following these steps. Your client must accept your invitation to qualify for rewards. Remember, only clients who haven’t purchased their first recurring Brevo plan before the invitation are eligible.
After your client accepts your invitation to Brevo, they will be listed as a Lead in your Brevo partner dashboard under Clients & Users. Once they subscribe to a recurring paid plan, their status will update to Customer.
It may take up to 24 hours for this information and your commissions to appear on your PartnerStack dashboard.
If it still hasn't been updated after this time, please reach out to support. We're here to help!
For more details on payments, check our dedicated article.

Performance tab
The Performance tab shows a breakdown of your program activity by month or day. You can see the number of customers referred, total revenue, rewards paid, and rewards pending based on the date an event occurred. The Performance tab is best used for a cursory overview of program activity, whereas the Reporting tab provides more advanced reporting.
Customers tab
Reward statuses you may see are Signed-Up and Paid. If your customer has made a purchase, you will see revenue appear in the Revenue column.
In the Customers tab, you can:
- Keep track of your customers’ activity (sign-ups, purchases, and company)
- Filter between different customer statuses; Signed-up, Paid, and Source.
- Search your customers by name or email in the search bar
To view more details on a customer, click their name in the Customers tab to open the customer detail view. Here you can view details on their sign-up and purchase history.
Resources tab
Access Brevo resources to share with your clients. Here you’ll find Brevo logos, your partner badge, and product assets. If you need a specific asset, please reach out to us.
Messages tab
Communicate with us directly from your PartnerStack platform. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You can see our response via email and on the Messages tab.
Reporting
Switch between the Overview tab, which shows a breakdown of account activity including sign-ups, paid customers, transaction and reward totals, and the Rewards tab, which has a detailed breakdown of your rewards.
The overview and rewards data can be filtered so you can drill down your data. For more information on filtering the Reporting tab, check the Learning more about your performance and rewards PartnerStack support guide.
