Create static and video ads in Ad Studio

❗️ Important
Ad Studio is only available for Brevo accounts created after October 13, 2026 that have an active eCommerce platform integration or an API integration syncing their eCommerce data to Brevo.

Ad Studio turns your product images into ready-to-use static and video ads, so you can launch offers and refresh your creatives without a designer or an agency. Create ads from your products and brand kit, get ideas from ads that work in your category, and download your ads to run them wherever you advertise.

FAQs

Expand the following accordions to find answers to common questions about Ad Studio credits and billing:

What is a credit?

Credits are used to generate images and videos in Ad Studio, and to perform some other actions, such as generating ad copy, cloning a voice, or upscaling the quality of an ad. The number of credits required depends on the action and the model selected. Ad Studio shows the cost before you confirm.

Is Ad Studio included in my Brevo subscription?

No. Ad Studio is billed separately from your Brevo subscription. Your Ad Studio plan and Brevo plan are managed independently.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase a top-up pack at any time. Top-up credits are added instantly and never expire. You can also upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly credit allowance.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits are the exception because they never expire.

What happens if an ad generation fails?

If a generation fails, Ad Studio refunds the credits and shows Credits refunded on the ad.

Can I cancel my Ad Studio plan?

Yes. You can cancel your Ad Studio plan at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling Ad Studio does not affect your Brevo subscription.
