Add and manage images in the Content library

Use the content library to store images and reuse them in your form and email campaign designs

Good to know 

The images you drag and drop into your Image content block inside the email design are automatically saved into your Content library. From there, you can manage your images and add them to folders

👆 Access your Content library

Access your Content library from the design spaces of your forms and email campaigns:

  1. Create an email campaign or template and click Start designing during the Design step.
  2. Choose an email template from the tabs to open the Drag and Drop email editor, or click Start from scratch to open the Drag and Drop editor, or Simple editor.
  3. Depending on the design tool you choose, the procedure to open the Content library is different:
    • Drag and drop editor: Add or select an Image content block and click Replace
    • Simple editor: Click Add an image.

Save images in your Content library

💡 Good to know
The supported images in your Content library are .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .gif with a max size of 5MB. There are currently no limits to creating folders and uploading images to your content library. Images are stored indefinitely in your content library.

You can save images to your content library in three different ways:

Upload your own imagesUse stock/GIF imagesCreate images

Upload an image directly to your folders or in My files by clicking Upload and browsing on your computer to select the desired image(s):

Once you have stored your images in the Content library, you can access it any time to select an image and click Insert to add it to your email or form designs. 

After saving your images in the content library, access it at any time to select images to insert into your campaigns or forms. Select the image you want to add to your design, and click Insert

Discover the basic features 

Select an image to access the different features that the Content library offers.

❗️ Important
The Insert, Edit, Details, and Rename features are not available if you select several images.

The different basic features are: 

  • Insert to fill the Image block from the Drag & Drop Editor with the selected image. 
  • Edit to access the photo editor, where you can crop your image or add filters. To learn more, check our dedicated section Edit an image in the article Insert and edit images in your email designs.
  • Details to display your image name, format, size, and upload date. You can also download or insert your image from there. 
  • Rename to edit your image name. 
  • Delete X file to delete one or multiple images at a time. 
  • Deselect all to deselect all the images you selected in one click.

Move an image to another folder 

To move an image from one folder to another:

  1. Select the image(s) you want to move.
  2. Click Move X file.
  3. Choose from the drop-down list the folder where you want to move your image(s).

📂 Manage folders 

Create and access a folder

  1. Click Folders at the top of the Content library screen. 
  2. Click + Add a new folder. The Create Folder window opens.

  3. In the Name field, give a relevant name to your folder that will help you know instantly what it contains. Underscores will automatically be added to your folder name after its creation.
  4. Click Confirm. A green box at the top right of your screen confirms the creation of your folder. 
  5. To access your folder, click Folders at the top of the Content library screen and select the name of the folder you want to access. 

Rename or delete a folder 

❗️ Important
If you delete a folder, all the images it contains will be deleted and you will not be able to retrieve them.
  1. Click Folders or your folder's name at the top of the Content library screen. 
  2. Click the three dots ··· icon.
  3. Click Rename or Delete depending on the action you want to perform.

  4. Follow the instructions corresponding to the action you chose.
