Use the content library to store images and use and reuse them in your form and email campaign designs.
Good to know
The images you drag and drop into your Image content block inside the email design are automatically saved into your Content library. From the content library, you can manage your images and add them to folders.
👆 Access your Content library
Access your Content library from the design spaces of your forms and email campaigns:
- Create an email campaign or template and access the Design step.

Choose from the tabs a prebuilt email template, use your own email template design, or one from your previous email campaigns. The Drag & Drop Editor opens.
- Add or select an Image block and click Replace.
- Create a subscription, unsubscription, or update profile form.
- During the Design step, drag and drop an image block into your form design.
- Select the image block and click Choose an image.
🗂 Manage images
Add images
You can add images to your content library in five different ways:
- Access the Stock images tab in the left banner.
- Type your campaign subject in the search bar to search for stock images linked to your campaign subject.
- Select the image you want to use in your campaign.
- Optional: Add the image(s) selected to a specific folder to save them for later.
- Click Insert to add the image to your image block inside the campaign design.
- Access the GIF images tab in the left banner.
- Type your campaign subject in the search bar to search for GIF images linked to your campaign subject.
- Select the GIF you want to use in your campaign.
- Optional: Add the GIF(s) selected to a specific folder to save them for later.
- Click Insert to add the GIF to your image block inside the campaign design.
Discover the basic features
Select an image to access the different features that the Content library offers.
The different basic features are:
- Insert to fill the Image block from the Drag & Drop Editor with the selected image.
- Edit to access the photo editor where you can crop your image, or add filters for example.
- Details to display your image name, format, size, and upload date. You can also download or insert your image from there.
- Rename to edit your image name. This feature works like the Rename feature for folders.
- Delete X file to delete one or multiple images at a time.
- Deselect all to deselect all the images you selected in one click.
Move an image to another folder
To move an image from one folder to another:
- Select the image you want to move.
- Click Move X file.
- Choose from the drop-down list the folder where you want to move your image to.
📂 Manage folders
Create and access a folder
- Click Folders at the top of the Content library screen.
- Click + Add a new folder. The Create Folder window opens.
- In the Name field, give a relevant name to your folder that will help you know instantly what it contains. Underscores will automatically be added to your folder name after its creation.
- Click Confirm. A green box at the top right of your screen confirms the creation of your folder.
- To access your folder, click Folders at the top of the Content library screen and select the name of the folder you want to access.
Rename a folder
- Click Folders or your folder's name at the top of the Content library screen.
- Click the three dots ··· icon.
- Click Rename. The Rename Folder window opens.
- Edit the name of your folder.
- Click Confirm. A green box at the top right of your screen confirms the changes made to your folder.
Change the display of your folders
From your Content library you can:
- Search for an image in the search bar.
- Sort your images by Name or Upload date in ascending or descending order.
- Display your images in a list or as icons.
Delete a folder
- Click Folders or your folder's name at the top of the Content library screen.
- Click the three dots ··· icon.
- Click Delete. The Delete Folder window opens.
- Click Delete to confirm the deletion of your folder. A green box at the top right of your screen confirms the changes made to your folder.
