This integration connects your Tiendanube/Nuvemshop store with Brevo. It allows you:

Before you start
Make sure you have the following:
- A Brevo account and a Tiendanube/Nuvemshop account. If you do not have one, create it first.
- A Brevo API key. To learn how to create it, check our dedicated article Create and manage your API keys.
Install the integration
Install the integration and start synchronizing your existing customers and orders.
- Log in to your Tiendanube/Nuvemshop admin panel.
- Open the Brevo app installation page.
- Click Install app.
- Click Accept and get started to accept the requested permissions.
- Enter your Brevo API key. To learn how to create it, check our dedicated article Create and manage your API keys.
- Click Save.
Your contacts and products are now successfully synchronized.
What data is synced to Brevo?
After installing the integration and completing the initial sync of your existing customers and orders, all new customer activity is automatically tracked and updated in Brevo in real time.
You can view the synchronized events in Brevo by going to Automations > Logs > Event Logs.

Why aren't client metrics syncing with Brevo?

Invalid credentials
The credentials entered during onboarding may be incorrect. This is rare because of the built-in validations, but if it happens, verify that the correct credentials were used and that all onboarding steps were completed. -
App uninstalled or inactive
Go to Applications in your Tiendanube/Nuvemshop admin panel and check that the Brevo app is installed and active. If it is installed but the problem continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. -

How do I uninstall the Brevo integration with Tiendanube/Nuvemshop?
If you no longer want to track your customers with Brevo, go to Applications in your Tiendanube/Nuvemshop admin panel and uninstall the Brevo app.
