Al enviar un email de confirmación doble a contactos que se han suscrito a través de un formulario de suscripción creado en Brevo, puedes utilizar nuestra plantilla predeterminada de confirmación doble o crear una personalizada.

⚙️ Set up your email template 

1. Go to Marketing > Templates.
2. Haz clic en Create Template (Crear plantilla de email) > Template (Plantilla de email).
3. Configure the settings of your template, including its name, sender, subject line, and preview text, just like a regular email template. We recommend you write a clear subject line, such as Confirm your subscription.
   
   💡 Información relevante

   Do not add personalization using contact attributes to your double opt-in confirmation template. Since no information is stored in the attributes of the contacts who will receive this email, only the fallback value will be shown.
4. Click Show advanced settings.
   
5. (Optional) In the Tag field, enter optin.
   
6. Click Add content to design your email template.

🖌️ Diseñar la plantilla de email

Ahora puedes diseñar tu plantilla de email, que incluye tu texto de consentimiento y tu enlace de confirmación:

1. Choose a template design and edit it as desired. To learn more, check our dedicated section in Create an email template.
   ❗️ Importante

   Do not add any advertising or promotional content, as the purpose of the email is purely to confirm the subscriber’s consent.
2. [Recommended] To keep proof of your contact's consent in the transactional logs, add a Text block containing your consent text. This consent text should match the consent text from the GDPR field on your form.
   ➡️  Por ejemplo

   Si el campo de RGPD de tu formulario menciona:

   I agree to receive your newsletters and accept the data privacy statement (https://thegreenyoga.com/legal/privatepolicy/).

   Then your double opt-in confirmation email should mention:

   By clicking the following button, you confirm your agreement to the following statement:
   "I agree to receive your newsletters and accept the data privacy statement (https://thegreenyoga.com/legal/privatepolicy/)."

3. Add a Button block to your template, below your consent text.
   
4. Añade el enlace de confirmación doble al botón:
   1. Haz clic en el botón. La configuración del botón se abre a la izquierda. 
   2. En el panel izquierdo, abre el acordeón Configuración del enlace.
   3. In Link type dropdown list, select Double opt-in link.
   4. (Optional) Add a Tooltip text that will appear as a help text when hovered.

🔗 Link your custom double opt-in confirmation template to your sign-up form

1. Ve a Marketing > Forms (Formularios):
   1. Selecciona tu formulario de suscripción o,
   2. Crea un formulario de suscripción como se explica en nuestros artículos dedicados Crear un formulario de suscripción en Brevo y Crear un formulario de suscripción de ventana emergente en Brevo.
2. En el paso Settings (Configuración), selecciona Double confirmation email (Email de confirmación doble) y elige una plantilla de email personalizada en el menú desplegable:
   

¡Eso es todo! Ahora puedes terminar de configurar tu formulario de suscripción y compartirlo.
