Save time and stay consistent by sharing your automations with other sub-organizations directly from the Brevo platform.  With just a few clicks, you can replicate a workflow across selected sub-organizations, saving your teams from having to rebuild them from scratch.

Good to know

• Sharing is one-way and not synchronized. Changes made to the original automation after sharing are not reflected in the imported copy.
• You can share the same automation multiple times. Each share creates a new independent copy in the destination sub-organization.
• Shared automations are always imported in an inactive state. Users in the destination sub-organization need to review the workflow, complete any incomplete steps, and activate it manually before it can run.

Share an automation with other sub-organizations

To share an automation from your sub-account to one or more other sub-organizations:

1. Go to Automations > Workflows.
2. Next to the automation you want to share, click the three-dot menu icon and select Share. The Share automation dialog opens.
   
3. Under Select recipient, search and select the groups or sub-organizations you want to share the automation with. You can select individual sub-organizations or use Select all to select all of them at once.
4. Click Share automation.
   

The automation is now available in the selected sub-organizations. It appears on their Workflows page with an inactive status and the [Shared] prefix.

Receive and activate a shared automation

When an automation is shared, some steps may not be fully imported if the destination sub-organization does not have access to the same settings, contacts, or features. You can see the number of incomplete steps for each automation directly on the Workflows page.

To complete an incomplete step:

1. On the Workflows page of the destination sub-organization, open the imported automation.
2. Click an incomplete step. These steps are marked with orange text.
3. Follow the guidance displayed inside the step to configure what is missing.
4. Repeat for all incomplete steps, then activate the automation.
