Save time and stay consistent by sharing your saved sections with other sub-organizations directly from the Brevo platform. With just a few clicks, you can replicate a saved section across selected sub-organizations and send updates whenever needed. Each update can be accepted with one click, keeping your saved sections aligned and up to date—without the manual effort.
Good to know
- Shared saved sections and updates have to be manually accepted by the recipient sub-organizations to take effect.
- The Admin account cannot create, edit, or share sections directly. It has to access a sub-organization to perform these actions. Any sub-organization can share saved sections with, or receive saved sections from, other sub-organizations.
- Any edits made to a received saved section in a recipient sub-organization apply only to that sub-organization. If the source sub-organization later shares an update, you'll be asked to accept it. Accepting the update will overwrite your version. To keep your custom changes, you can duplicate the saved section before accepting the update.
- When a recipient sub-organization receives an update, the saved section is updated in the list of saved sections and in any email campaign drafts and templates where it is used. Running campaigns are not impacted.
📤 Share a saved section or update
After creating or updating a section, you can directly share it with other sub-organizations to maintain consistency across all organizations:
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Email.
- Access the email editor.
- In the left panel of your email editor, access the Content > Saved tab.
- Search for the saved section you want to share and next to its name, click the three-dot icon
> Share.
- From the Share [section name] with sub-organizations modal, search and select the groups or sub-organizations with which you want to share your saved section. If you already shared the updated version with a sub-organization, their name will be greyed out with a Already updated tag.
- Click Share section.
Your recipient sub-organizations will receive a notification by email and on their Saved tab to accept the saved section and the updates.
📥 Receive a saved section or its update
Any edits made to a received saved section in a recipient sub-organization apply only to that sub-organization. If the source sub-organization later shares an update, you'll be asked to accept it. Accepting the update will overwrite your version. To keep your custom changes, you will be able to duplicate the saved section before accepting the update.
Other sub-organizations can share with you saved sections or their updated version at any time. For each saved section or update shared, you will receive a notification by email and on your Brevo sub-organization account.

Click Review changes in the banner, or next
to the
concerned saved section name, click the
three-dot icon > Review changes. The
Review updates of modal opens.
- Review which email templates and draft campaigns will be impacted by the updates. Your running campaigns will not be impacted.
- Click Next.

Review your current version and the updated version to understand
the changes applied.
- Click Update. Your current version will be replaced by the updated version received.
