🤖 Why use Aura to generate marketing content?

Aura uses AI to analyze data, trends, and language patterns and generate marketing content with emotional triggers that can help create curiosity, urgency, or excitement. Aura is an inspiration tool: you can use the generated content as is, or edit and delete it at any time.

📧 Use AI in email creation

Aura offers several AI-powered tools at different stages of your email campaign creation, from generating a full design to cGenerate a full email campaign design with AIrafting the perfect subject line, translating your content, and optimizing your send time.

Generate a full email campaign design with AI

Instead of starting from a blank canvas, you can describe your campaign goal and let Aura generate a complete, ready-to-edit email design for you. The generated email includes a layout, copy, subject line, and preview text, all based on your prompt. You can then edit the design in the Drag & Drop editor, and subject line and preview text in the campaign creation page before sending.

To generate a full email campaign with AI:

1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns and click Create campaign > Email.
2. Click Generate brand profile to retrieve your brand logo, fonts, colors, and tone of voice from your website. 
3. Enter the URL of your website and click Generate brand profile. 
4. Once your brand profile is retrieved, click Save if it matches your brand correctly.
   
5. Choose the language in which you want your email campaign to be generated.
   
6. (Optional) Click the gear icon ⚙️ to configure your campaign generation preferences. Choose if you want to: 
   • Apply your brand voie and context based from your previous email campaigns.
   • Allow AI-generated visuals.
7. In the prompt field, describe your campaign goal. You can also add website URLs to give Aura more context about your brand or offer.

8. Click Generate email. The generation can take a few minutes. 

   💡 Good to know

   You can leave the page to perform other actions while the design loads. You will find your generated campaign in your campaign listing page. 
9. Once your campaign is generated, you are redirected to the Drag and drop email editor. Make changes to the design if needed and click Save & quit.
10. Before sending, access your email configuration to:
    • Choose your sender and recipients. 
    • Make any adjustments to your subject line and preview text.

Create a catchy subject line with AI

The subject line is the first thing your recipients see. A strong subject line increases the chances of your email being opened. We recommend generating your subject line after creating your email design, as Aura will use your email design for context to create your subject line. 

To generate an engaging subject line with Aura:

1. At the Subject step of your campaign creation or Send an email action, click Add subject.
2. Under the Subject line field, click the Write with AI icon. 
   
3. Enter the context of your email to help Aura automatically generate your content. 
4. Once your content is generated, you can either: 
   • Click one of the proposed subject line to insert it. 
   • Click Use personalization to insert personalization variables that will adapt to each recipients at the time of sending. 
   • Regenerate to ask for new subject line suggestions if the ones proposed do not 
   • Ask AI to refine the proposed subject lines by giving more context and information.
5. (Optional) Customize your Subject line and Preview text with: 
   • Emojis using the smiley icon.

6. (Optional) In the Preview text field, enter a short and attractive text that gives an overview of your email content. It will be displayed below the subject line in your recipients' inbox and is supported by most email clients. 
7. Click Save.

Translate your email campaign with AI

Aura can translate your email templates into 18 different languages in a few clicks. Everything is translated: the subject line, preview text, and email design. Aura works with all email editors (Drag & Drop, Simple, and HTML editors).

Send your email at the best time with AI

Aura's Send at best time feature analyzes each contact's past engagement and automatically schedules your email to be sent at the time when they are most likely to open it.

🎨 Use AI in the Drag & Drop email editor

Once you are in the Drag & Drop editor, Aura is available directly in the editing panel to help you write, improve, and illustrate your email content.

Generate or refine text in your email design

Once you are in the Drag & Drop editor, Aura can help you write or improve your email content: titles, paragraphs, and call-to-action buttons.

1. Place your cursor where you want to generate or refine text in your email design.
2. In the bottom tool bar, under your text, click the Refine or generate text with AI icon.
3. Choose if you want to Generate text, or Refine text with AI.
4. Enter a description of the text you want to enter in your email. If you refine a text, you can use the suggestions to improve your existing text, translate it, change its tone, etc. 
5. Press Enter or click the up arrow ⬆️ icon to allow Aura to generate or refine your text.
6. Once your text is generated, you can either: 
   
   • Click Replace to insert the text in your design.
   • Click the Copy icon to copy the text and paste it somewhere else.
   • Enter a new description or use a suggestion to refine your text again.

Generate images for your email design

Aura includes a built-in image generator inside the Drag & Drop editor. You can create custom visuals for your campaign without any design skills.

📱 Use AI in SMS content creation

Generate or refine SMS content

Aura helps you quickly write or improve SMS messages directly from the SMS campaign editor. You can generate a new message, improve clarity, adjust the tone, or shorten your content to fit SMS character limits.

1. Create an SMS campaign or create an automation with the Send an SMS action. 
2. In the Message field, click the Write with AI icon to generate new content or refine your text. 
3. Enter a description of the text you want to enter in your email. If you refine a text, you can use the suggestions to improve your existing text, translate it, change its tone, etc. 
4. Press Enter or click the up arrow ⬆️ icon to allow Aura to generate or refine your text.
5. Once your text is generated, you can either: 
   
   • Click Replace to insert the text in your design.
   • Click the Copy icon to copy the text and paste it somewhere else.
   • Enter a new description or use a suggestion to refine your text again.
