Change your Brevo account owner.
You can update your Brevo login email address and password directly from the Profile page.
Change your login email address
To change your login email address:
- Click the account dropdown and select Settings > Profile.

In the Email address field, enter your new login email
address.
💡 Good to knowYou cannot use an email address that already belongs to another user on the account. To make another user the account owner, revoke their access first before using their email as the main account login. - Click Update my profile at the bottom of the page.
- Open the mailbox associated with your new email address and click the confirmation link in the email you receive.
Your login email address is now updated.
Change your password
💡 Good to know
If you've forgotten your password, reset it by clicking
I forgot my password
on the login page.
To change your password:
- Click the account dropdown and select Settings > Profile.
- Go to the Password tab.
- In the Current password field, enter your current password.
- In the New password field, enter your new password.
- Click Update my password.
Your password is now updated.
