The dynamic content block allows you to use a single email layout to create multiple personalized emails for each recipient, making it feel like a one-to-one conversation. For example, create a single email layout for your order confirmation emails that will be automatically filled with your recipients' information at the time of sending such as their order total and list of purchased products.

- Ensure you understand the difference between section and content blocks.
- The dynamic content block is only visible if you have at least:
- One event triggered through automation registered on your account, or
- One active data feed.
What is the dynamic content block?
A dynamic content block can be inserted in your email designs to personalize parts of them with dynamic content such as texts, images, or links. It repeats itself as much as needed at the time of sending, with each instance displaying unique information based on the actions performed by your recipients, their preferences, or simply the data present in your data feed. |
How does the dynamic content block work and in which cases can I use it?
When designing an email template or campaign with the drag & drop email editor, drag and drop the dynamic content block to insert variables that will be automatically replaced with information relevant to each recipient at the time of sending.
You can include two types of variables in your emails with the dynamic content block:
