FAQs - What are the differences between the classic and new Admin accounts?

The new Admin account and sub-organizations management are only available to some users on an Enterprise plan. For more information, check our website or get in touch with our Sales team.

But the new Admin account also offers several improvements over the classic Admin account:

  • Overages
    With the new Admin account, you can consume more sub-organizations, users, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, landing pages than what you initially purchased. You can monitor your consumption from the dashboard. Anything that you consume over your initial plan is considered as overages and may be subject to a different pricing than your plan.

    💡 Good to know
    By default, all overages have a soft limit to help you stay within your initial plan, ensuring better cost management and control. If you want to update this limit, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Add and authenticate a domain
    You can add and authenticate a domain directly from your new Admin account. Once your domain is authenticated, it is authenticated for all sub-organizations using this domain.

  • IPs configuration
    You can configure your dedicated IPs directly from your new Admin account and assign them to your sub-organizations.

  • Flexible billing
    The new Admin account offers more flexible billing frequency compared to the classic Admin account: with an annual billing plan, you can choose to pay for emails and SMS credits annually or on a quarterly basis.
    💡 Good to know
    Your consumption frequency has to be equal to or lower than your billing frequency. For example, if your consumption frequency is annual, your billing can only be annual as well.
  • Easier consumption management
    Consumption management is now easier as you can allocate credits to each sub-organization separately. All sub-organization usage is subtracted from the new Admin account's overall quota.
