Connect your calendar to Meetings

You can connect your calendars to Brevo Meetings. Connecting your personal or professional calendar to Meetings is an effective way to automatically update your availability according to your existing commitments.

🗓️ Why connect your calendar to Meetings?

Connect your calendar to Meetings to simplify scheduling, prevent double bookings, and view meetings from your everyday calendar.

There are two types of calendars that you can connect: primary and additional.

Primary calendars Additional calendars

Your primary calendar(s) allow you to view your Meetings bookings from the connected calendar and update your availability for meetings. If you book a meeting with a client, it will appear automatically on your primary connected calendar. Your booking pages will show your availability according to your calendar. If there's an appointment on your connected calendar, clients cannot schedule a meeting during that time.

The primary calendars are:

❗ Google Calendar anti-spam policy

❗️ Important
Due to Google Calendar's new anti-spam policy, if you have not interacted with a client by email before a booking, the meeting will not be automatically added to your Google Calendar. Your client will need to click the confirmation link they receive after the booking. To accept all bookings automatically, follow the procedure below.

To make sure all your bookings appear on Google Calendar automatically:

  1. From Google Calendar, click the Settings icon > Settings.
  2. Under General, go to Event settings.
  3. In the Add invitations to my calendar dropdown, select From everyone.
