All your upcoming, past, and canceled meetings are available in Meetings > Planned Meetings. You can use the list view or the calendar view .
🕜 Join a planned meeting
There are three types of meetings: video calls, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
From the list view, video call meetings are indicated by a camera icon .
- Go to Meetings > Planned meetings.
- Find the meeting you want to join:
- From the list view, click Join meeting.
- From the calendar view, click the meeting > Join meeting.

From the list view, phone call meetings are indicated by a phone icon . When booking a phone call meeting, your clients have to indicate their phone number.
- Go to Meetings > Planned meetings.
- Find the meeting you want to join:
- From the list view, click Details.
- From the calendar view, click the meeting > Details.
- Call the number given by your contact at the scheduled time.
From the list view, in-person meetings are indicated by a silhouette icon .
If you offer in-person meetings, you are responsible for setting up your own rules and indicating to your clients where to meet. You can do this by adding a location to the description of your meeting type. Be sure to meet your clients at the location you indicated for the meeting.
➕ Add participants to a planned meeting
You can add participants to video call and in-person meetings.
- Go to Meetings > Planned Meetings.
- Click the planned meeting to which you want to add a participant.
- Click + Add participant.
- Fill in the information of the participant.
- Optional: Click Add another participant.
- Click Next.
- Review the information and click Confirm.
❌ Cancel or reschedule a planned meeting
You can always cancel or reschedule a meeting with your clients. Go to Meetings > Planned meetings and click Details next to the meeting you want to cancel or reschedule.
- Click Cancel meeting.
- Optional: write a message to explain to your client why you canceled the meeting.
- Click Cancel meeting.
The participants will receive an email informing them that the meeting is canceled. The meeting will appear in the Canceled tab.
- Click Reschedule meeting.
- Select a new date and time for the meeting.
- Optional: write a message to explain to your client why you rescheduled the meeting.
- Click Confirm meeting.
The participants will receive an email informing them of the new date and time of the meeting.
👥 Plan a meeting with a contact
It's not only your clients that can book a meeting with you. You can also plan a meeting with them:

Go to Contacts.

Click your contact's name to open their information details.

Click the three dots icon above More.

Click Meeting.

Select a meeting type or create a new one.
- Choose a time and date for the meeting.
- Your client's information is pre-filled. You can edit or add information.
- Click Send invite.
Your client will receive the invite by email.
