Join and manage your planned meetings

All your upcoming, past, and canceled meetings are available in Meetings > Planned Meetings. You can use the list view icon-list-view.png or the calendar view icon-calendar-view.png.

🕜 Join a planned meeting

There are three types of meetings: video calls, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

Video calls Phone calls In-person

From the list view, video call meetings are indicated by a camera icon meetings_camera-icon.png.

  1. Go to Meetings > Planned meetings.
  2. Find the meeting you want to join:
    • From the list view, click Join meeting.
    • From the calendar view, click the meeting > Join meeting.
💡 Good to know
You can join a video call meeting 1 hour before the meeting starts.

➕ Add participants to a planned meeting

You can add participants to video call and in-person meetings.

  1. Go to Meetings > Planned Meetings.
  2. Click the planned meeting to which you want to add a participant.
  3. Click + Add participant.
  4. Fill in the information of the participant.
  5. Optional: Click Add another participant.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Review the information and click Confirm.

❌ Cancel or reschedule a planned meeting

❗️ Important
Your clients can also cancel or reschedule meetings with you. In that case, you will receive an email to inform you.

You can always cancel or reschedule a meeting with your clients. Go to Meetings > Planned meetings and click Details next to the meeting you want to cancel or reschedule.

  1. Click Cancel meeting.
  2. Optional: write a message to explain to your client why you canceled the meeting.
  3. Click Cancel meeting.

The participants will receive an email informing them that the meeting is canceled. The meeting will appear in the Canceled tab.

👥 Plan a meeting with a contact

It's not only your clients that can book a meeting with you. You can also plan a meeting with them:

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Click your contact's name to open their information details.

  3. Click Plan a meeting.

  4. Select a meeting type or create a new one.

  5. Choose a time and date for the meeting.
  6. Your client's information is pre-filled. You can edit or add information.
  7. Click Send invite.

Your client will receive the invite by email.
