Getting started with Meetings

While onboarding Meetings, the first thing you need to do is to set up a booking page. To learn more about Meetings and booking pages, check our dedicated article What is Meetings?.

Go to Meetings and click Get started with Brevo Meetings to start setting up your booking page.

Good to know

After onboarding, you will be able to edit everything that you set up: the meeting types, the connected calendars, and your availability. This onboarding is only to get you familiar with Meetings and set up your booking page. 

🤝 Step 1: Choose your first meeting type 

In this step, you can choose the first meeting type that will appear on your booking page.

  1. Choose a meeting type between:
    • Intro: this is a video call set up to last 15 minutes.
    • 30-minute meeting: this is a video call set up to last 30 minutes.
    • + Create a meeting type: give your meeting type a name, select a communication tool, and select a duration.

  2. Click Next.

🗓️ Step 2: Connect your calendar to your booking page

Connecting your calendar to your booking page is useful to avoid double bookings. It allows you to automatically suggest availability slots to your clients that fit your agenda. You can choose between connecting your Google Calendar, or your Outlook Calendar. You can also skip this step.

  1. Click Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Select which Google account you want to connect to Meetings.
  3. Click Authorize to allow Brevo to access your Google account.

Your calendar is connected to Meetings.

⏰ Step 3: Set up your availability

Setting up your availability allows us to know which slots to show to your clients to book meetings with you. Each meeting type can have its own availability slot. Here, you will set up your availability for that meeting type and your availability by default.

By default, the availability is set up for every weekday from 9 am to 5 pm.

You can:

  1. Choose your timezone.
  2. Choose the days you are available.
  3. Choose a start time and end time
  4. Delete an availability. 
  5. Add a new availability
    This can be useful if you are available during the weekend or if you want to split your availability during the day in 2.

When your availability is set up, click Next.
