Set up your booking page

While onboarding to Meetings, the first thing you have to do is to set up a booking page. In this article, we will explain how to do so.

To learn more about what's a booking page, and how Meetings generally work, check our dedicated article What is Meetings?

What's a booking page?

A booking page is a page where your clients can book meetings with you

On a booking page, you can find an icon, a profile picture, a description, and at least one meeting type. Meeting types are the types of meetings you offer to your clients.

When you onboard on Meetings and use it for the first time, you get to set up your booking page in three main steps:

Once these steps are done, your booking page is created, and accessible. We will detail these steps below.

Step 1. Choose your first meeting type

The first step consists of choosing a default meeting type or creating it from scratch.

💡 Good to know
A meeting type is a meeting your clients can book. Each meeting type has its own goal, and purpose. Meeting types are displayed on your booking page. The goal of the booking page is to display meeting types so your clients can then choose which one is best for them, and book it.
  1. From Brevo, click Meetings > Customize the booking page

  2. Choose which meeting type is best for you.

You can choose between three options:
    • Click Intro call if you want to use a default meeting type. The meeting will be set up free of charge and to last 30 minutes.
    • Click Virtual coffee if you want to use a default meeting type. The meeting will be set up free of charge and to last 15 minutes.
    • Click + Create a meeting type if you want to create a meeting type from scratch.
If you choose to create a meeting type from scratch, the steps will be the same as in our article Create and edit meeting types, starting from step 2. We recommend you to check this article.
  3. Once your choice is made, click Next

Step 2. Set up your availability

Setting up your availability allows us to know which slots to show to your clients to book meetings with you. Each meeting type can have its own availability slot, but in this case, you get to set up availability for all your meetings

The availability by default proposed on your account is every day of the week from 9 am to 5 pm, but you can personalize your availability as you want to.

You can:

  1. Choose which day(s) you are available

  2. Choose a start time and end time
  3. Delete the availability if needed.
  4. Add a new availability
This can be useful if, for example, you also want to be available during the weekend.
You can also split your days into 2 slots by adding a new availability.

  5. When your availability is set up, click Next
💡 Good to know
You will still be able to change your availability later when your booking page is set up.
To learn more about managing your availabilities, check our dedicated article Manage your availability for meetings.

Step 3. Connect your calendar to your booking page

💡 Good to know
If you don't want to connect your calendar to Meetings, you can skip this step by clicking Skip. Your booking page will then be created. However, you will still be able to connect your calendar to Meetings later.
To learn how to connect your calendar to Meetings, after the onboarding, check our dedicated article Connect your calendar to Meetings

Connecting your calendar to your booking page is useful to avoid double bookings. It allows you to automatically suggest availability slots to your clients that fit your agenda.

Two calendar options are offered to you:

  • Connect Google Calendar.
  • Connect Outlook Calendar.

The steps to connect your calendar to both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar are similar.

Let's say you want to connect your Google Calendar to Meetings:

  1. Click Connect Google calendar > Next
