Share your booking page or meeting types with your clients

Sharing your booking page with your clients is fundamental for them to access your meeting types and book a meeting with you.

🔗 Share by link 

The easiest and quickest way to share your booking page is by link. All you need to do is copy and paste your booking page or meeting type's link anywhere you want. 

To access your booking page link: 

  1. Go to Meetings.
  2. Click the copy icon next to your booking page or meeting type's link.
  3. Paste it anywhere you want. 
    For example, you can copy it into a message to someone you feel could be interested in meeting you.

🌐 Embed your booking page or meeting type to a website

There are two types of embedding available to embed a booking page or meeting type to a website:

As a button that opens the booking page or meeting type as a pop-up.

As a fully embedded booking page directly into your website.

To embed your booking page or meeting type:

  1. Go to Meetings.
  2. Click Share next to your booking page link.
  3. From the Website tab, set up the embedding.

    1. Choose which meeting type you want to embed on your website.
      • All: your whole booking page is embedded.
      • Meeting type: your button redirects your client to the page where they can book this chosen meeting type.
    2. Choose the Button opening a booking form embed type. 
    3. Type what you want to be written on your button.

  4. Click Copy code.
  5. Paste the code in your page's HTML where you want your button or booking page to appear. 

📧 Embed your booking page or meeting type into an email signature

Embedding your booking page or a meeting type into an email signature and integrating this signature into an email is an excellent way to direct clients to your meeting services:

  1. Go to Meetings.
  2. Click Share next to your booking page's link.
  3. From the Email signature tab, customize your email signature. You can see a preview of your email signature on the right.

    1. Choose which meeting type you want to embed into your email signature.
      • All: your whole booking page is embedded.
      • Meeting type: your button redirects your client to the page where they can book this chosen meeting type.
    2. [Recommended] Indicate your: 
      • Full name
      • Job title.
      • Phone number.
      • Email address
    3. Optional: Insert a Website link.
    4. Type what you want to be written on the button that will redirect to your booking page or meeting type.
  4. Click Copy signature.
  5. Paste your signature directly in your email if you want to copy it once, or in your default signature for it to appear in every new email you send

You can copy and paste this signature at any time.
