Connect your Canva account with Brevo to easily import your designs created with Canva into your Brevo content library. Reuse them in your emails designs without downloading or re-uploading files manually!

Before you start

Log in to the Canva account you want to sync with Brevo.

⚙️ Set up the integration

To set up the Canva integration:

1. Click the account dropdown and select Integrations.
2. Search for and click the Canva integration.
3. Click Set up integration.

   

4. Name the integration you are creating now based on its purpose.
   
   ➡️  For example

   You can create one Canva integration per Brevo account.
5. Click Continue.

Step 1: Connect your Canva account to Brevo

Once you've named your Canva integration, it is time to connect your Canva account to Brevo:

1. In the Canva integration settings page, click Asset synchronization. 
   
2. Click Log in to Canva. 
   
3. If prompted on the pop up page, connect or select the Canva account you want to sync to Brevo and click Continue. 
4. Click Authorize to grant Brevo access to your Canva account and sync your assets.
5. Click Continue. 
   
6. Click Save and activate to activate your integration and start the sync process. 
   

Your Canva account is now connected to Brevo 🚀.

Step 2: Access your Canva assets in the content library

Now that your Canva and Brevo accounts are synced, you can access your Canva assets when inserting or replacing images into your emails:

1. Access the drag and drop email editor and insert an Image content block. 
2. Hover over your Image content block and click Replace. The content library opens. 
3. Access the Canva tab. 
4. Click Refresh to load your latest Canva assets. 
5. If your design contains different pages, hover over it and click View images to open a folder containing all the pages of your Canva asset.
6. Select the image you want to add to your email design. You can either: 
   
   1. Click Sync and Insert and choose to convert your Canva design into a JPG or PNG file before inserting it. 
   2. Click Edit in Canva to edit your design in Canva before importing it. Once your design is edited, click Refresh to retrieve its latest version and click Sync and Insert.

Your Canva design is now inserted into your email! 🚀 

❌ Deactivate the integration

You can temporarily deactivate the integration:

1. Click the account dropdown and select Integrations.
2. Go to the My Integrations tab.
3. Deactivate the integration.

You can also permanently delete an integration by clicking the three-dot icon and selecting Delete.
