You can get information about your calls in the call history dashboard and analyze your team's performance in the call reports.
Call history dashboard
The call history dashboard is a log of your past phone calls. It provides an overview of all your phone calls along with their details, such as the time, length, or type of the call.
You can search for a specific call by user, contact's phone number, or phone line. Additionally, you can filter your call history by call type, user, phone line, or date.

To access your phone call history, go to Calls > Call history.

Type of call
Outbound call. Inbound call. Forwarded call. Missed inbound call. Missed inbound call that left a voicemail. Missed forwarded call. -
Contact
If the number belongs to one of your contacts, their name will be displayed. Otherwise, only the number in international format will be displayed. -
Actions
The following table shows which icon corresponds to which action:
Icon Action Click Call to call the associated phone number.
Click Listen to:
- listen to a voicemail left by the contact after a missed inbound call or,
- access the call recording and its transcript, and download it, if you've enabled call recording.
Click Details to see details of the call: contact, phone line, user, and date. -
Phone line
Brevo Phone number used for the call. -
User
Name of the Brevo user from your account who made or answered the call. -
Duration
Length of the call. -
Time
Time at which the call was made or answered.
📤 Export your call history
To export your call history in a CSV file:
- Go to Calls > Call history.
- Click Export call history.
- Select the month you want to export.
- Click Continue.
Call reports
You can get insights into your team's performance, identify top performers, and find areas for improvement.
👁️ Monitor your team's performance
To access the call reports, go to Calls > Call reports.
You can search for a specific call by user's name or email address. Additionally, you can filter your call reports by call type, user, phone line, or date.
From there, you can find and monitor information about your team's performance: the total number of calls, the total call duration, the average call duration, number of incoming, missed, and outgoing calls by user and overall.
📤 Export your call reports
To export your call reports in a CSV file:
- Go to Calls > Call reports.
- Optional: Filter your call reports.
- Click the export icon
next to the filters:
- If you haven't applied any filter, your call reports from the last 30 days are downloaded by default.
- If you have applied filters:
- Select whether to export:
- Call reports with active filters, or
- Call reports from the last 30 days.
- Click Export call report.
- Select whether to export:
