What are the limits of the Free plans?

Free plans are an excellent way to access some basic features for free and try Brevo. In this article, we will see the main limits for each of our free plans.

❓Are there limits on the number of emails I can send?

Yes, with the free plan, you have a quota of 300 emails per day. However, in the next few days, you must manually send your campaign to all your subscribers with to the requeue option

❓Are there limits on the number of contacts?

Yes, you can have up to 100,000 contacts in your account with the free plan.

Additionally, note that only 2,000 unique contacts can enter your active automations. Above this limit, no more contacts can enter your automations unless you upgrade to a Business or Enterprise plan. Your automations remain active, and the contacts already in your automations continue to progress in them.

Brevo will send you a notification email when:

  • The contacts limit is about to be reached (80%), and
  • The contacts limit is reached.

❓Can I remove the Brevo logo with my free plan? 

Only the Starter (for additional cost), Business, and Enterprise plans allow you to remove the Brevo logo when sending an email campaign. 

❓ Can I schedule my email campaign for the next day in advance if I've reached my daily limit of 300 emails?

You cannot schedule an email campaign for the next day in advance once you've already reached your daily limit of 300 emails. You will need to wait until the next day when your quota resets to send your email campaign.

❓Can I have multiple users with my free plan? 

Only one user can access your account on the free plan. If you want to add additional users to your account, you can upgrade to a Business plan.

❗️ Important
Up to 10 users can access your account with the Business plan.

🚧 Other limits

  • Business features are unavailable (Landing pages, Facebook ads, A/B testing, etc.).
  • Only 1 Inbox is available. 
  • You cannot use Send Time Optimization to send your campaign at the best time. 
  • The campaign reports have fewer details.
  • Limited support and integration options.

❓Can I have several users with the Free Conversations Platform plan? 

You can only have one user access with the Free plan. However, you can purchase the Pro Conversations Platform plan to add more Conversations users. Each new user in the Conversations Platform Pro plan costs 13€/month

Other main differences with the Pro Conversations Platform plan

  • No Facebook, Instagram, or Whatsapp Chat.
  • No Chatbot and Automation.
  • No Real-time visitors list

❓Are there limits on the number of deals I can have?

Only the number of open deals is limited to 50. If you currently have more than 50 open deals, you will not lose any open deals that exceed the limit. You will just not be able to open any new deals until you are below this limit. If you require more than 50 open deals, we recommend upgrading to a Pro plan.

❓Are there limits on the number of pipelines I can have?

You can only have 1 pipeline on a Free plan. If you currently have multiple pipelines, you will not lose any deal on any pipeline. You will just not be able to open any new deals. If you require more than 1 pipeline, we recommend upgrading to a Pro plan.

❓Can I have several users with the Free Sales Platform plan? 

You can add users to your Sales Platform plan anytime. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add and manage users on your Brevo account.

❗️ Important
If you upgrade at least one user to a Pro plan, you need to upgrade all users that require access to deal, task, and company management features. One of these users has to be the account admin. Users that have not been upgraded will lose access to those features. You can also edit the permissions of users that do not require access to the Sales Platform.

The free Messaging API plan only allows you to send up to 300 transactional emails daily. You can always increase your monthly sending volume if needed and subscribe to a paid monthly plan. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add or remove emails to your plan.
