You can find your automations statistics on the Automations page and the statistics of emails sent through an automation on the Transactional page.
Automation statistics
To view the statistics of a specific automation:
- Go to Automations.
- You can quickly view key statistics on the right of your automation:
- Active now refers to the number of contacts currently in the automation.
- Started refers to the number of contacts who have started the automation.
- Finished refers to the number of contacts who have completed the automation.
- Suspended refers to the number of contacts removed from the automation.
- Make sure you are on the Active tab and click the three dots icon > See all statistics.
- If you have a Send an email step in your automation, you can click View more statistics to see more statistics about the percentage of contacts at each step of the automation when the email is sent, such as unique opens, canceled subscriptions statistics, etc.

Automation logs
To find your automation logs:
- Go to Automation > Logs.
- In the Workflow logs tab, filter the date, your automation, and the steps of the automation you want to view.
- In the Event logs tab, filter the date, the event, and the automation you want to view.
- In the Contacts in workflows tab, filter the date, your automation, and the steps of the automation you want to view.

Transactional statistics
To view the statistics of your transactional emails:
- Go to Transactional > Statistics.
- Filter the date, your senders, and tags.
