With Brevo, you can create one single wallet pass that automatically adapts its content based on the language stored in your contact attributes. This allows you to deliver personalized passes at scale, without duplicating entire passes — saving time while boosting engagement.
Before you start
- You need to have configured your languages in your account settings.
➡️ To learn more, check our dedicated article Configure localization settings and languages for multi-language communications. - File-based translations are not supported. You can either manually enter each translation, or use Aura, our AI assistant, to automatically translate your pass.
- Make sure the contact attribute you selected for language detection is populated for your contacts.
Step 1: Add languages to your wallet pass
Once your pass content is ready in your default language, you can add languages to it.
- Open your wallet pass in the pass editor.
- In the Content tab, click Add languages.

Click the language selector at the top of the Content
tab to switch to
