Translate your wallet passes in multiple languages

With Brevo, you can create one single wallet pass that automatically adapts its content based on the language stored in your contact attributes. This allows you to deliver personalized passes at scale, without duplicating entire passes — saving time while boosting engagement.

Before you start

Step 1: Add languages to your wallet pass

✅ Plan availability
Adding more than one translation language is available on Enterprise plans only. For more information, check our pricing page or talk to one of our sales experts.

Once your pass content is ready in your default language, you can add languages to it.

  1. Open your wallet pass in the pass editor.
  2. In the Content tab, click Add languages.

  3. In the Manage languages modal, toggle on Activate multi-language. Your default language is shown below the toggle.

  4. Select the languages you want to include in this pass from the list. It will create a duplicate for each language that you can later translate.
  5. Click Save.

Step 2: Translate and customize each language version

After adding languages, customize the content of your pass for each language version independently.

To switch between language versions, click the language selector at the top of the Content tab:

Brevo offers two options to create translations for each language version:

  • Manually translate
  • Automatically translate

Open the tab corresponding to the way you want to translate your pass:

🔣 Manually translate🤖 Automatically translate

Click the language selector at the top of the Content tab to switch to the language version you want to edit. Update each content section of your pass (Header, Primary, Secondary, Text information, etc.) for every language.

❓ How do I deactivate multi-language or delete a translation?

If you need to deactivate the multi-language option or delete a translation:

  1. In the Content tab, click the language selector and click Manage languages.

  2. From there, you can either:

    • Deselect languages from the list to delete a translation.
      💡 Good to know
If you deactivate or deselect translations, the translated versions of your pass will be deleted.
  3. Click Save.
