For certain sensitive actions on your account, Brevo asks you to verify your identity with a one-time verification code before the action goes through. This adds an extra layer of protection in case someone other than you is trying to make changes to your account.
When does this verification apply?
You'll be asked to verify your identity when performing actions related to:
How to verify your identity
How you verify your identity depends on whether two-factor authentication is activated on your account.
If two-factor authentication is deactivated
Enter the 6-digit verification code received by email at your account's login email address.
If two-factor authentication is activated
Enter the 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app or phone number, or use one of your recovery codes. If configured, you can also receive the code on your recovery phone.
