Brevo deletes inactive accounts to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR requires businesses to delete personal data if it has been inactive for a certain period.

Once deleted, your data is permanently removed to comply with GDPR. It cannot be restored.
To keep your account without having to log in, set up automatic activities such as automations or transactional emails. These count as activity and keep your account open.
If you want to delete your account, you can:

Stop logging in and wait 4 months. Your account will be automatically deleted.

Yes, you can download your data before closing your account by exporting it before the deletion.

If you're on a Starter, Standard, Professional, or Enterprise plan, your account will remain open even without logging in.
If your Free plan account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, you can create a new account to continue using Brevo.
