You can close your Brevo account anytime. This action is irreversible and all data will be permanently lost.
Good to know
Instead of permanently closing your account, you can choose to cancel all your subscriptions and automatically downgrade to a free plan, which keeps your account and data accessible. Note that you'll have to log in every four months to prevent the automatic deletion of your free account.

Before closing your account
Since closing your account is permanent and all data will be lost, we recommend exporting certain data before proceeding. Expand the following accordions to see which data can be retrieved from each app:
- Your invoices
- Your credit notes and refunds
- Your carbon footprint report
- Your contacts and their attributes
- Your companies and their attributes
- The HTML version of your forms
All your eCommerce data:
- eCommerce dashboard
- Products
- Revenue
- Retention
✉️ Email campaigns
- A summary report of your campaigns' statistics
- The detailed reports of your individual campaigns
- The PDF version of your campaigns
- The HTML version of your campaigns
- The PDF version of your templates
- The HTML version of your templates
📱 SMS campaigns
- A summary report of your campaigns' statistics
- The detailed reports of your individual campaigns
🟢 WhatsApp campaigns
- Your automation logs (workflow logs, event logs, contacts in workflows)
- The PDF version of your templates
- Your transactional logs
- The PDF version of your templates
- The HTML version of your templates
📱 SMS
Additionally, since all Brevo services linked to your account will stop and subscriptions will be canceled, ensure you've completed the following:
- All scheduled campaigns have been sent.
- Brevo forms, chat, payment links, and other features have been removed from your website.
- All API connections with your website have been disconnected.
Permanently close your Brevo account
To permanently close your account:
- Click your account name and select Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, click Definitively close your account.
- Read the list of elements that will be impacted by the deletion of your account and click Yes.
Your account is definitely closed and all your data is permanently lost.
