Yes! If you installed the Conversations chat widget on your website, you can see in real-time which pages of your website your visitors are on, and which ones they have visited. This can be useful for understanding what your visitors are seeing and identifying any issues they may encounter on that page.
To know which website page your visitor is on, go to Conversations and click the conversation with this visitor:
- At the top of the conversation, the first message has a mention on page followed by the name of the page from which your visitor has started the conversation and their location.
-
In the right panel, under the NOW ON or LAST SESSION ON section, you can find the name of the current page your visitor is on and the history of pages visited. Page history can be useful to avoid sending a help page that your visitor has already read, for example.
The right panel displays other visitor info like access method, device, and local time, useful for troubleshooting display issues or tracking promotional effectiveness.
Click any page name to open it in a new tab and see what your visitor sees.
To learn more about the different visitors of your website and the pages they are visiting, go to the Visitors online page and check our dedicated article Understand the Visitors online page.
