What is the Conversations mobile app?
The Conversations mobile app allows you to answer question from your website visitors and manage Conversations settings anytime directly from your phone without having to log in to your Brevo desktop app.
All the features from the Conversations desktop app are also available in the mobile app and work the same way to offer you a complete experience of Conversations even on the go. All changes made on the mobile app will be reflected on your Brevo desktop app and vice versa.
Differences between the Conversations desktop and mobile apps
Most of the features from the Conversations mobile app work exactly like the ones from the desktop app. However, we had to adapt some of these features to be accessible on mobile. In this section, we will see how to manage the features that work differently on the mobile app and desktop app.
✔️Sound and visual notifications
The sound and visual notifications for the Conversations Mobile app depend on the notification settings you set on your phone. You must access your phone notifications settings to edit the sound and visual notifications for the Conversations mobile app.
In the Conversations tab of the Conversations Desktop app, the right panel contains information on the visitor you are talking to. You can access the same information on your mobile app by clicking the ℹ️ icon:
✔️Chat widget preview in the settings
In the Chat widget settings of the Conversations desktop app, you have a preview of the chat widget on the right of your screen which is not possible on your mobile phone. To have a preview of your chat widget when changing the settings, you can either access the Conversations app on a computer or place your chat widget on a rarely-used page of your website to test the changes.
