Save time by saving your brand assets in the brand library. New email designs will automatically inherit your brand settings including logo, colors, fonts, and social links. This ensures consistent branding across emails, increasing trust and engagement. Updates to brand assets automatically sync to all designs, eliminating manual work!
🔑 Access the brand library
To access the brand library and set up your brand assets or edit them:
- Create an email campaign or template.
- Access the Design step and select a template.
- From the email editor, access the Style tab in the left panel.
- Click Setup brand.
You can now decide whether to set up your brand assets automatically or manually.
🤖 Set up your brand assets automatically
If you have a website, you can set up your brand assets automatically:
- Enter your website URL in the field.
- Click Fetch brand. Your website is analyzed to retrieve your brand assets.

Verify your logo, colors, fonts, and links, and click Import brand assets if they correspond to your brand.
- If the brand assets automatically fetched do not correspond to your brand, click Setup brand manually and follow the steps below ⬇️.
⚙️ Set up your brand assets manually
If you do not have a website, prefer to choose your brand assets, or cannot retrieve your brand assets automatically, click Setup brand manually:
You are redirected to the brand library setup page, where you can choose your brand assets and check how they impact your template design thanks to the preview on the right of your screen.
Click Upload image to choose your logo from your content library or upload it. To learn how to use the content library, check our dedicated article Add and manage images in the Content library.
❓How can I insert my logo in the Drag & Drop editor?
Drag and drop the Logo block wherever you want in your email design to use it:
You can replace your logo and edit its size and style by clicking it from the Drag & Drop editor.
You can add as many colors as you need for your brand. The first color added will be used as a primary color for your buttons and links.
- Click Save your first brand color.
- Enter your color HEX or RGB code.
- Click Save as brand color to retrieve it.
- Click the + icon to add more colors.
❓How can I use my colors in the Drag & Drop editor?
Your saved colors will be available every time you open the color picker from your Drag & Drop Editor. You can save other brand colors directly from the color picker by entering a color HEX or RGB code and clicking + Save as brand color. |
The brand library allows you to choose the fonts that will be used by default for your headings and paragraphs. To learn more about the different fonts, check our dedicated article Add Google, custom, and fallback fonts to your email design.
To choose your default fonts:
- In the Paragraph and Headings drop-downs, you can select Safe fonts that are available by default. However, you can add Google or Custom fonts by clicking + Add web fonts ⬇️.
- You are redirected to the Add fonts page. You can either:

Select the font(s) you want to use from the existing list or enter a font name to search for it in the Google Fonts library and select it.
➕ Add a custom font💡 Good to knowBrevo supports custom fonts from any CSS file which contains font definition. It can be a static CSS file or an API that generates font definition, such as Adobe font API.- From the Add web fonts page, click the Custom font tab and click + Add custom font.
- In the Web font link field, insert the URL of the font.
To learn more on how to retrieve the URL of your font, check information from the Custom font tab in Which fonts can be used for my email design?. - In the Font family field, enter the name of your font as defined in the CSS file where it is saved.
- Click Add to list.
- From the Custom font tab, select the custom font you've just added to save it in your fonts list.
- Scroll down the Add fonts page to access the Fallback for all web fonts section.
- Select the fallback font(s) you would like to use for your headings and other texts in case your recipients' email client does not support the Google or custom fonts you originally selected.
- Click Add selected fonts.
You will be able to change your font color, size, and style directly in the Drag & Drop editor ⬇️.
❓How can I use my fonts in the Drag & Drop editor?
By default, your paragraph and all your heading style fonts are the ones you set up in the brand library. However, you can change your font color, size, and style directly in the Drag & Drop editor from the Style tab > Text appearance drop-down:
Add your social media links to the brand library to save you from having to add them manually each time you create a new campaign.
To add a social media link:
- Click + Add link at the bottom of the brand library setup page.
- You are redirected to the Add social media page. You can:
🖱️ Select a social mediaSearch or scroll down the list to select the social media icons you want to add:✚ Add a custom social media
- Click Add custom icon to add your own social media icon and link.
- Drag and drop or click the icon to upload or select your own social media icon from the content library. The icon should be in a jpeg or png format with a max dimension of 128x128px and a max size of 5MB.
- Enter the name you want to give to your social media to easily find it in the list. For example, The Green Yoga website.
- Click Add to list.
- Your custom social media icon is now created and appears at the top of the Add social media page. Select your custom social media to add it to your list of social media.
💡 Good to knowYou can add and select as many social media as needed. - Click Add custom icon to add your own social media icon and link.
- Once you have selected all the social media you need, click Add to list.
- In the fields corresponding to each social media icon, you can enter:

Links to a social media page
Paste the URL to your social media page such as Instagram or Facebook account. For example, https://www.instagram.com/the_green_yoga_. -
Phone numbers
Enter tel: followed by the phone number with its country you want your recipients to be able to call when they click the icon from your email. For example, tel:33123456789 for France or tel:16505550123 for the U.S.A. -
Email addresses
Enter mailto: followed by the phone number you want your recipients to be able to email when they click the icon from your email. For example, mailto: support@thegreenyoga.com.
