Display time
Pop-up notifications are a visual alert that appears on your screen every time you receive a new chat or social message, and at the start and end of your availability hours.

The Conversations mobile app uses your phone's notifications settings. To manage them:
- Go to your device's notification settings.
- Activate notifications and customize the sound and visual alerts for the Conversations app.
❗️ ImportantTo receive mobile notifications, make sure the Conversations mobile app is open in the background, your status is set as Online and Conversations is not open on a computer.

- Go to the Email forwarding section at the bottom of the page.
- From the Offline messages and conversation transcripts drop-down list, either choose:

- Forward conversation transcripts, missed and offline messages: you will receive an email for each conversation, unanswered conversation, and each message received when you are offline.
- [Recommended] Forward missed and offline messages only: you will receive an email for each unanswered conversation and each message received when you are offline.
