To help you communicate seamlessly and efficiently with your contacts and customers, we've integrated the Conversations email integration into various parts of Brevo. You can compose and send emails from your deal contact pages, contact details pages, or directly from Conversations.
Before you start
- A mailbox connected to Conversations is required to send emails to your Brevo contacts. To learn more, check our dedicated article Connect and set up your mailbox in Conversations.
📧 Compose an email to your Brevo contacts
You can send one-to-one emails to your contacts from different pages of Brevo:
To send an email to a specific contact:
- Go to Contacts and search for the contact to whom you want to send an email.
- Click on your contact info in the CONTACT column to access their details page.
- Click on Compose an email.
- Fill in your email:
- Add one or several related contacts in the To field, or add them as CC or BCC.
- Enter your email subject in the Subject field.
- Write the content of your email.
You can apply formatting to your text, add links, use saved replies, and attach one or several files up to 10MB to your email.
- Click Send.
Your email will be added to the contact's history. You can access the email, receive and send replies directly in Conversations > Email.
From the Sales page Cards view, you can send emails to a deal's related contacts:
- Go to Deals.
- Select the Cards view .
- Click the icon or Choose action on a deal card.
- Click Send an email.
- Fill in your email:
- Add one or several related contacts in the To field, or add them as CC or BCC.
- Enter your email subject in the Subject field.
- Write the content of your email.
You can apply formatting to your text, add links, use saved replies, and attach one or several files up to 10MB to your email.
- Click Send.
Your email will be added to your deal and to the related contact's history. You can access the email, receive and send replies directly in Conversations > Email.
To send an email to a contact from Conversations:
- Go to Conversations.
- Click on Compose an email.
- Fill in your email:
- Add one or several related contacts in the To field, or add them as CC or BCC.
- Enter your email subject in the Subject field.
- Write the content of your email.
You can apply formatting to your text, add links, use saved replies, and attach one or several files up to 10MB to your email.
- Click Send.
Your email will be added to the contact's history. You can access the email, receive and send replies directly in Conversations > Email.
📩 View and reply to emails
Once your email has been sent, you will be able to access it, receive and send replies directly in Conversations > Email. You can also access the History section of your deal or contacts' details page and click View in Conversations.
To filter a deal or contact history to only view emails, click the CRM & Conversations tab on the contact history, or All activities > Email in the deal's history.
