The contact details page includes the essential details of a contact, such as their first and last name, email address, phone number, email statistics, transaction history, and recent activities. It is the first page that you will see after you have created a contact.
This page also provides actionable buttons for quick actions such as creating transactions, sending emails, and planning meetings.
The contact details page is divided in 3 tabs:
- Overview
- History
- Lists

The Overview tab displays all the main information about your contact. Expand the following accordions to learn more about each section found on the Overview tab:

In the header section, you will find:

In the Channels section, you can view and manage the subscription status of your contacts. Using the dropdowns, you can manually subscribe or blocklist them from:

In the Information section, you can view and manage your contact attributes. These attributes are the information that you are storing about the contact and that you can use to personalize your communications with them. Learn more about how to manage contact attributes. You can also enrich your contact's information using Brevo's AI-powered assistant Aura. Click the three-dot icon > Enrich data. The Enrich data feature can only enrich default attributes. Due to legal restrictions, Aura cannot update email addresses or phone numbers.

| The Companies and Deals sections show which companies the contact works at, their colleagues at those companies, and their associated deals. You can add or remove associated companies and deals to the contact by clicking the edit icon ✍️. |

Below the header of the contact details page, you will find actionable buttons for quick actions:

In the Upcoming activities section of the contact details page, you can see what tasks are associated with your contact and quickly mark them as done. You can expand the section to see the associations, assigned user, eventual reminder and notes of the task, and edit or delete the task. Once you mark a task as done, you can create a follow-up task. If your task is a call, you can also call your contact directly from this section. 💡 Good to know

In the Active automations section of the contact details page, you can see what automations your contact is currently in and remove the contact from the automation. You can expand the section to see the automation ID, date of entry, and open the automation. 💡 Good to know

In the Statistics section of the contact details page, you will find statistics about :

In the Pinned notes section, you will find up to ten pinned notes about your contact. You can click the three-dot icon on the note to edit, unpin or delete it, and click Show all notes to see the complete history of your notes, pinned or not. In the Recent history section of the Overview tab, you will find the most recent activities linked to the contact: campaigns, deals, transactions, meetings, phone calls, etc. You can click Show full history to access all activities linked to the contact. |
In the History tab, you will find all the activities linked to the contact: campaigns, deals, transactions, meetings, phone calls, etc. You can filter the activities by clicking the corresponding chip (All, Notes, Marketing, Revenue, 1-to-1 Interactions, Contact updates). You can search for a specific activity and filter by activities and time period.
In the Lists tab, you can view and manage which lists your contact belongs to.
