What are the different quotas applied in Brevo?

❗️ Important
From the 1st January 2025, if you have more than 10 million email events, any events older than 24 months will be deleted by default. If you wish to keep events older than 24 months, you can download reports every month. Enterprise clients can also activate our paying option for extended data retention. At Brevo, we enforced quotas to prevent the misusage of our platform and protect its stability. Quotas ensure the availability and performance of our services for every customer. We listed all the quotas applied on our platform in this article to help you manage quotas in your projects.

Good to know

  • Quotas apply to each active account on Brevo and all actions performed simultaneously on the platform or via connectors and integrations, as well as API actions.
  • If you reach a quota limit, you have to delete actions on objects that you might not use on your account to be able to create new ones.
