Canceling a paid subscription will downgrade you to the Free plan. Depending on your reason for canceling, a different option might suit you better:
- Taking a short break? Pause your subscription for up to 3 months.
- Only need fewer email credits? Remove emails from your plan instead of downgrading.
- Payment failed or plan expired? Subscribe to a new plan from the My plan page using a valid payment method.
