❓ FAQs

Will I lose access to features or my data if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription will not delete any data from your Brevo account. You will still have access to your forms, templates, contacts, and other data.

However, some features that aren’t available on the Free plan will be restricted, and your automations will be limited to 2,000 contacts.

If I need fewer email credits than what my current plan offers, should I cancel and downgrade my plan?

If you need fewer credits than your current plan offers, you can adjust your email volume instead of canceling and downgrading. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add or remove emails from your plan.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?

Instead of canceling and downgrading, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. To learn more, check our dedicated article Pause your subscription.

❗️ Important
Pausing a subscription is only available if you are on our current pricing, subscribed to a Starter or Standard plan, and on a monthly plan. If pausing is not available for your plan, you can cancel your subscription instead.
When will my subscription be canceled?

Your subscription will be canceled and you'll be automatically downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. You can use the remaining credits until then with no further charges.

Once the new billing period begins, you can choose to stay on the Free plan or switch to a lower plan. Alternatively, you can purchase prepaid credits to send emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.

Can I cancel the scheduled cancellation of my subscription?

If you decide not to cancel your subscription, you can click Remove scheduled changes next to your plan name on the My plan page before the end of your billing period. Your subscription will then continue as usual, and you'll be charged on your next billing date.
