Downgrade to a free plan

💡 Good to know

You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead of downgrading your plan.

You can downgrade to a free plan by canceling your subscription. However, if you use Pay as you go (add-ons) credits on your account or encounter failed payments you won't be able to downgrade. We have listed some solutions for these various cases.

⏬ Cancel your subscription

You can downgrade to a free plan account by canceling your current plan. Your plan needs to be active to be able to cancel it. If your plan is paused, you first have to resume it.
To learn more about how to cancel your subscription, check out our dedicated article Cancel your subscription.

Note that you have to cancel each plan individually.

💳 Pay as you go (add-ons) credits

If you use Pay as you go or add-ons credits on your account, you can't downgrade to a free plan on your own. You have to contact our support team by creating a ticket from your account.
