Downgrade to the Free plan or a lower plan

To downgrade a paid subscription, you first need to cancel it. Then, you can either choose to stay on the free plan or switch to a lower plan than the one you were previously on. 

However, note that if you have encountered failed payments, you will have to contact our support team instead.

You can downgrade to the Free plan by canceling your current plan. Your plan needs to be active to be able to cancel it. If your plan is paused, you first have to resume it.

If you downgrade and still have prepaid credits, you will lose these credits.
