✉️ Prepaid email credits

✅ Plan availability
Prepaid email credits are available as an add-on on all plans. They can be used for both marketing and transactional emails.

If you only send emails occasionally or need extra credits for a campaign, you can purchase prepaid email credits. Prepaid credits never expire and can be used at any time. Packs of prepaid credits range from 5,000 to 1 million emails, with one credit equal to one email sent to one contact.

When you buy email credits, you get all Starter features, and the Sent by Brevo logo is removed from your emails.

Yes, prepaid email credits can be used to send both marketing and transactional emails.

How do prepaid email credits work with my plan emails?
  • If you're on the Starter, Standard, Professional, or Enterprise plan, prepaid credits are added on top of your monthly plan emails. Your plan emails are always used first, and if you run out before the end of the month, your prepaid credits are used as backup. Your next bill will only include your monthly plan charges.
  • If you're on the Free plan, the 300 daily free emails are replaced by prepaid credits. You can return to the Free plan at any time by downgrading.

Prepaid email credits do not expire, regardless of your plan.

💬 Prepaid message credits (SMS and WhatsApp)

Prepaid SMS credits are available as an add-on with all plans, while prepaid WhatsApp credits are available as an add-on with the Professional and Enterprise plans.

You can purchase prepaid message credits to send SMS and WhatsApp messages, starting from 100 credits. Prepaid credits never expire and can be used at any time.

To purchase prepaid message credits:

  1. Click the account dropdown and select My plan.
  2. Under SMS: Prepaid credits or SMS & WhatsApp: Prepaid credits, click Buy credits.

  3. Select the Type of message you want to purchase credits for.
    The goal of these steps is to evaluate the number of credits that you have to purchase to fit your needs based on three criteria: Type of message, Number of messages, and Message destination.
  4. Enter the Number of messages you want to send.
  5. Select the Message destination (recipient's country) of your messages.

  6. Click Send more messages to add other credits and repeat steps 3 to 5 until you are done.

    If you want to send 100 SMS messages to France, 150 SMS messages to Spain, and 300 WhatsApp messages to Germany, click Send more messages and add your criteria on each line.
  7. Review your purchase summary to confirm there are no errors and that you’re buying the right amount of message credits for your needs.
  8. Click Proceed to checkout.
  9. Complete the checkout process.
Can I use my message credits to send both SMS and WhatsApp messages?

On the Professional and Enterprise plans, message credits can be used to send both WhatsApp and SMS messages. However, the number of credits used for one message varies based on the type of message sent.

📝 Remove Brevo logo

✅ Plan availability
The Remove Brevo logo add-on is available on the Starter plan. The logo is not displayed on the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

To remove the Sent with Brevo sticker on emails sent from the Starter plan, you can purchase the Remove Brevo logo add-on.

🔔 Additional web and mobile push subscribers

Additional web and mobile push subscribers are available as an add-on on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

The number of subscribers you can target per web and mobile push campaign depends on your plan:

  • Starter plan: up to 1,000 contacts per campaign
  • Standard plan: up to 10,000 contacts per campaign
  • Professional plan: up to 20,000 contacts per campaign
  • Enterprise plan: up to 40,000 contacts per campaign

If you’re on the Professional or Enterprise plan, you can increase these limits by purchasing an optional add-on.

🌐 Dedicated IPs

✅ Plan availability
Dedicated IPs are only available as add-ons on the Professional and Enterprise plans. One dedicated IP is included in the Enterprise plan by default.

If you regularly send a large volume of emails and want full control over your sending reputation, you can purchase a dedicated IP. Unlike a shared IP, a dedicated IP is used by only one organization, so your IP reputation depends entirely on your own sending practices.

Who should use a dedicated IP?

Dedicated IPs are not suitable for all senders. We recommend purchasing and using a dedicated IP only if:

  • You send at least three email campaigns per week to 3,000 or more contacts, or
  • You send over 100,000 emails per month, with no gaps longer than a week between sends.

Can I add additional sales seats to my Sales package?

By default, all plans include 1 sales seat. You can then add additional sales seats on some of our plans if you have a Sales package:

  • Standard plan with Sales Essentials package: up to 5 sales seats
  • Professional plan with Sales Essentials or Sales Advanced package: up to 50 sales seats
  • Enterprise plan with Sales Essentials or Sales Advanced package: unlimited sales seats

Note that additional sales seats are billed as an add-on and cost the same as the package they are added to. For example, adding one seat to the Sales Essentials package costs an additional $31 per month.

Can I upgrade from Sales Essentials to Sales Advanced?

Yes, you can easily upgrade from Sales Essentials to Sales Advanced by going to the My plan page and adding the new package to your plan. When upgrading, you will be charged immediately with a pro-rated amount covering the period from your purchase date until your next billing date. After that, the add-on will be billed monthly on your regular billing date.
