Prepaid email credits are available as an add-on on all plans. They can be used for both marketing and transactional emails.

If you only send emails occasionally or need extra credits for a specific campaign, prepaid email credits are a flexible option. Prepaid credits never expire and can be used at any time.

Prepaid email credits give you access to all Starter plan features and the Remove Brevo logo add-on. The limit of 2,000 contacts in automations also applies.

💬 Prepaid message credits (SMS and WhatsApp)

Prepaid SMS credits are available as an add-on on all plans, while prepaid WhatsApp credits are available as an add-on on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Purchase prepaid message credits to send SMS and WhatsApp messages, starting from 100 credits. Prepaid credits never expire and can be used at any time.

📝 Remove Brevo logo

The Remove Brevo logo add-on is available on the Starter plan. The logo is not displayed on the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

By default, emails sent from the Starter plan include a Sent by Brevo logo in the footer. Purchase the Remove Brevo logo add-on to remove it and present a fully branded experience to your recipients.

👥 Additional marketing seats

Additional marketing seats are available as an add-on on the Standard plan, up to a maximum of 3 users. The Professional plan includes 10 users and the Enterprise plan includes unlimited users.

If your team is growing and you need more seats to collaborate on campaigns, access marketing tools, or manage contacts, you can purchase additional marketing seats directly in your Brevo account.

🔔 Additional web and mobile push subscribers

Additional web and mobile push subscribers are available as an add-on on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Each plan includes a limit on the number of subscribers you can target per web and mobile push campaign:

  • Starter: up to 1,000 subscribers
  • Standard: up to 10,000 subscribers
  • Professional: up to 20,000 subscribers
  • Enterprise: up to 40,000 subscribers

If you're on the Professional or Enterprise plan, you can increase these limits by purchasing this add-on.

🌐 Dedicated IPs
✅ Plan availability
Dedicated IPs are available as an add-on on the Professional and Enterprise plans. One dedicated IP is included in the Enterprise plan.

By default, emails are sent from a shared IP used by multiple Brevo customers. A dedicated IP is used exclusively by your organization, giving you full control over your sender reputation. This is especially useful if you send large volumes of emails regularly and want to ensure your deliverability is not affected by other senders.

🔒 SAML SSO
✅ Plan availability
SAML SSO is available as an add-on on the Professional plan and included with the Enterprise plan.

SAML SSO (Single Sign-On) lets your team log in to Brevo using your organization's existing identity provider — such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace — instead of a separate password. This simplifies access management, improves security, and makes it easier to onboard and offboard team members.

Taxes

Do the displayed prices include or exclude taxes?

The prices shown in this article and on our pricing page are exclusive of taxes.

On the checkout page, after you select your plan and customize your offer, the displayed prices include the net amount plus any applicable taxes, reflecting the total on your final invoice.

Do I need to pay taxes on my invoices?

Brevo collects taxes to comply with local government regulations and requirements. If required by your local tax authority, applicable taxes will appear on your invoices.

Billing frequency

What's the main difference between a monthly and yearly subscription?

The main difference is that with a yearly subscription, you pay once a year instead of every month, and you get a 10% discount.

How does a monthly subscription work?

With a monthly subscription, you are charged each month on your billing date. 

Your credits are renewed each month on your billing date. Any unused credits expire just before the new credits are added.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date.

How does a yearly subscription work?

Subscribing to a yearly plan gives you a 10% discount. You’ll be charged upfront for one year, with the discount already applied.

Even though you pay once a year, your credits are renewed each month on the same day as your billing date. For example, if your yearly plan starts on the 12th, your credits will be topped up on the 12th of each month. Any unused credits expire just before the new credits are added.

Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year on your billing date.

Can I switch between a monthly and yearly plan?

If you want to switch between a monthly and a yearly plan, you’ll first need to cancel your current subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Once it’s canceled, you can choose a new plan with your preferred billing frequency in your Brevo account or from our pricing page.

Plan management

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Start with the Free plan to explore the platform, then move to a higher plan if you need more features or if you reach your plan’s limit.

What is the auto-upgrade process when reaching the contact limit for my plan?

When you select a paid plan, you can choose the total number of emails you want to send each month. The email volume you select determines your pricing tier, which also sets the limit on the total number of contacts you can store in Brevo.

If you are on one of the first three tiers of the Starter or Standard plans, with limits set at 500, 1,500, and 2,500 contacts respectively, you will receive a warning notification when you reach 85% of your contact limit.

If you reach or exceed that limit, we will automatically upgrade your plan to the next tier. For example, if you are using a Starter plan with a limit of 1,500 contacts and you reach 1,501 contacts, we will automatically upgrade you to the next Starter plan tier, which allows up to 2,500 contacts. The cost of your subscription will increase accordingly.

Can I downgrade to the Free plan or a lower plan?

To downgrade, you first need to cancel your current subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. After that, you can stay on the Free plan or choose a new plan from your Brevo account or from our pricing page.

Can I pause my subscription?

Instead of canceling your plan, you can choose to pause your monthly subscription for up to 3 months.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly or yearly plan at any time. Your plan will be canceled on your next billing date, and you can use your remaining credits until then.
