You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead of downgrading your plan.
You can downgrade to a free plan by canceling your subscription or downgrade to a lower plan by canceling your plan and taking a new one. However, note that if you have encountered failed payments, you will have to contact our support team instead.
⏬ Downgrade to a free plan
You can downgrade to a free plan account by canceling your current plan. Your plan needs to be active to be able to cancel it. If your plan is paused, you first have to resume it.
➡️ To learn more about how to cancel your subscription, check out our dedicated article Cancel your subscription.
Note that you have to cancel each plan individually. If you downgrade to a free plan and still have pay as you go (PAG) credits, you will lose these credits.
⏬ Downgrade to a lower plan
You can downgrade to a lower plan account by canceling your current plan and taking a new plan. Your plan needs to be active to be able to cancel it. If your plan is paused, you first have to resume it.
➡️ To learn more about how to cancel your subscription, check out our dedicated article Cancel your subscription.
Note that you have to cancel each plan individually. If you cancel your plan and still have pay as you go (PAG) credits, you will lose these credits.
❌ Failed payments
If your payment failed and your plan expired, you have to contact our support team by creating a ticket from your account to downgrade to a free plan.
